Christina Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Kennesaw State University. During her time at KSU, Christina had the opportunity to work with world renown choreographers, such as Ido Tadmor, Ivan Pulinkala, and Lauri Stallings. While interning for Lauri Stallings and her social arts platform, gloATL, Christina had the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas for Cirque du Soleil’s annual One Night for One Drop benefit and to New York City for Creative Time’s 2015 spring exhibition in Central Park. In the summer of 2017, as part of Kennesaw State’s study abroad program, Christina had the opportunity to spend a week with Batsheva Dance Company in Israel. During this time in Tel Aviv, she studied various Batsheva repertory and was immersed in Ohad Naharin’s movement language, Gaga. Currently, she continues to work with gloATL in and outside of the metro area on offering movement as a way of community building.
